Event App
How do I access the Service Management World event app?
The Service Management World event app is hosted on the Swapcard platform. Download the Service Management World app by searching in the app store for: "Enterprise IT Events – Informa" or use the QR code, create your schedule, find and schedule meetings with exhibitors and other attendees, and navigate the Expo Hall. All registrants will receive an invitation via email to enter the virtual platform a week before the event, or you can login using the email address you used to register.

Does Service Management World have a code of conduct?
Yes. Service Management World is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion. Is there an age limit at Service Management World?
Yes. Due to safety concern, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the premises at the event.
Does Service Management World provide a private Mindfulness room?
Yes. Attendees can access the Mindfulness Lounge in Salon D. The doors will be locked, but keys will be available to check out at the show office. If the room is being used a lot, we will proceed to leave the room open.
What are the filming and recording guidelines?
Legitimate news media with approved credentials and media badges whose only intention is to gather film clips for a newscast can receive special clearance to film onsite at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, with restrictions.
Please note that there are limitations (even for media badge holders) for filming or recording at Service Management World, and filming or recording of Service Management World content/sessions is strictly prohibited.
