Reservations
Book as soon as you can to ensure you stay onsite where all the action will take place. A first night's deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card. Reservations must be canceled six days prior to arrival to avoid loss of the first night's deposit.

Parking Information
Overnight Guests:
- The discounted rate for self-parking and valet parking will be posted to the individual guest rooms at the discounted rate. Nothing additional is required for this arrangement.
Drive In (Guests Not Staying at the Hotel)
- Self-parking guests will pull a parking ticket and will need to pick up a discounted “chaser” ticket or voucher at the conference (given out at the registration desk). When leaving the event, insert the ticket that you pulled originally at the kiosk. The gate will prompt you to pay the $28.00 parking rate. Then insert the “chaser” ticket which will reduce the parking price to $18.00. Finally, insert your credit card to receive the $18.00 discounted parking rate.
- Valet Parking: Guests will valet park as normal and advise the cashier when picking up their car that they are with the conference to receive the discounted rate of $23.00 from $37.00 per vehicle per day (tax not included).
