Pass Benefits
Choose a pass that fits your goals, schedule, and budget to optimize your conference experience. Options include Pre-Conference Training, one-day workshops, networking events, and informative sessions—all designed for your professional development. Every pass includes Expo Hall access, featuring receptions and networking, and access to our keynote presentations.

Pre-Conference Training/Certification Course + Core Conference Pass
Maximize your time and investment! Arrive early, and take a training course before the main event begins. Training courses run from November 16-18, before the main event kicks off late afternoon on November 18. Bundled pricing reflects the cost of the course plus a core conference pass.

Pre-Conference Training/Certification Course Pass
Only have time to come for training? These pre-event training courses can be purchased as stand-alone courses or as part of your bundled conference package giving you the biggest bang for your buck. Many include an online certification exam, and all include breakfast and lunch. Pre-event training students also enjoy complimentary access to the expo hall for receptions, additional learning, and networking opportunities. Contact us at HDIeventreg@informa.com to learn more.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your Service Management World registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $200 service charge, until August 15, 2025. Cancellations received between August 16 – September 26, 2025, will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass and a $200 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after September 26, 2025 or for no-shows.
If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place. Please email your cancellation or substitution request to HDIEventReg@informa.com. There is no cancellation fee for Expo Hall Only passes.
Service Management World reserves the right to decline any registration.
Program Changes
Informa Connect, producers of Service Management World, reserve the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Participation for all sessions and programs is on a first-come, first-served basis. Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited.
Important Notes
- Expo Hall Only passes do not include lunch.
- By registering for Service Management World, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. Service Management World is open to industry professionals and proof of industry involvement is required. You will be asked to present a business card as well as a photo ID when you check-in.
- If you register for our event using an exhibitor-specific registration code, Informa Connect may share certain contact information you provided to us with our exhibitors. To learn more, please read our Privacy Policy.
- Promo codes cannot be retroactively applied.
- Only one promotional code or offer may be used per registration.
- The event organizers reserve the right to refuse Expo Hall Only and/or Digital Experience pass applications from representatives of companies that compete with official Service Management World Sponsors and Exhibitors.
