SMWorld Attendees
Visit Exhibitor/Sponsor Booths – if you're coming to Service Management World, you’re likely looking for new strategies and solutions. The Expo Hall is a great place to see relevant solution providers and learn about products and services. Keep in mind that the representatives at the booths are there to connect with you, so take the initiative to drive the conversation and ask the questions that are important to you!
Don’t Miss the Keynotes – Our keynote presenters and speakers have a history of sharing new products and strategies at Service Management World. Don’t miss a single announcement!
Put Away the Smartphone – You're at a conference to have in-person interaction. So, while you don't have to disconnect completely, we suggest you put the phone away when you're waiting for a session to begin or taking a break at the coffee bar, and give yourself a chance to strike up conversations with the other attendees around you.
After the Event
- Provide feedback – you'll receive an email from us asking you to take a 10-minute Survey. We take all our attendees' feedback seriously and make every attempt to improve the event! And of course, we also celebrate positive feedback! You'll also receive a short survey after each session you attend, asking you to evaluate that session. This feedback is critical to helping us make sure we have the right topics and speakers for future events.
- Review the notes you've taken throughout the event and put them into action!
- Follow up – stay connected with recent contacts by sending them a follow-up email or LinkedIn message.
- Share with colleagues – Discuss the conference experience and key lessons!
